This photo caught by a man who witnessed a total goof ball off his meds attempting to ride a motorcycle backwards while still parked in his garage. When viewed by a couple of unsuspecting pedestian, a Mr. I. P.Freely, and Seamore Hiney, who were horribly shaken by the ordeal, comments of "what the**** was that?" could be heard.
Attempts to aquire information from federal authorities reguarding the nut case shown here yeided little information. Replies ranged from "He's obviously disturbed", to " What a pux", were just a few explinations offered by the gorvernment.
